Start at your current stage
You may have an initial concept, a drawing, a reference product or a sample that needs revision. We clarify the intended use and requirements before assessing the support and partners your project needs.
- Existing product: logo, material, finish or packaging changes
- Drawing or sample: dimensions, functional requirements and revisions
- New concept: open technical questions and the specialist support needed
Define the work before it begins
Happy Display coordinates communication between your team and suitable China partners. Engineering, design, tooling and testing are assessed individually; they are not automatically included in every project.
- Confirm the specification, responsibilities and deliverables
- Review feasibility questions, sample or tooling costs and proposed milestones
- Agree confidentiality, design-file access and tooling ownership where relevant before sharing sensitive material or commissioning work
Samples, revisions and approval
We consolidate supplier feedback and your requested changes against an agreed brief. Document the sample revision, approved details and outstanding issues before deciding whether to proceed. Physical or specialist testing is arranged when required and agreed. These are illustrative record fields, not a completed client project.
- Example record fields: specification or sample version and review date
- Approved details, requested changes and open technical questions
- Decision owner, next action and agreed approval point
Prepare the production handoff
Once the relevant approvals are in place, confirm the production reference, quantity, packaging, inspection scope and change-approval responsibilities. Capability, minimum quantities, compliance requirements and timing remain specific to the product and selected partners.
What to send us
Describe the product and its intended use, your current stage, estimated quantity, destination and target timing. Mention drawings or samples you already have. Share confidential files only through an agreed channel.
